NaviGuide is an iBeacon-based solution that will send data from key points of the pavilion to a mobile app per Bluetooth. Based on the acquired data, the app will identify the user's location and display relevant content on the screen of a smartphone or a tablet. Moreover, the system will link the pavilion's exhibition to extended content from its own cloud database. Thanks to NaviGuide, the user will be able to “communicate” individually with the heritage park. The app is currently available only for iOS. An Android version will appear later.
NaviGuide's analytical platform is designed to provide insight into user behavior. This data will help optimize the pavilion's space and make it more comfortable for all visitors.
