Open Innovations VII
VII International Open Innovations Forum will run at Skolkovo Technology Park on October 15-17.
The event is expected to bring together more than 15,000 attendees from over 90 countries.
This year’s forum topic is “Open Innovations: Sources of Digital Breakthrough.” The three days of the event will focus on discussing the resources and tools necessary to reach a breakthrough in the digital era by looking into the processes of formation and accumulation of knowledge, activation and transformation of business environment, and cultivation and support of innovations.
"Digital transformation is not just about economics, it's a global phenomenon that affects our daily lives: it has an impact on public administration and business practices, it changes our shopping and leisure experiences. The forum is a unique platform where civil servants, scientists and business people have an opportunity to discuss various aspects of digitization and come up with actionable decisions and projects,” says Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov.
The forum’s main goal is the development and commercialization of new technologies, the popularization of global technology brands, and the creation of new tools for international cooperation in the field of innovation. The program includes plenary and breakout sessions, seminars and master classes, panel discussions, conferences, and more.
Day 1 – Manpower and Education: digitization in education, lifelong learning, EdTech and personalized learning.
Day 2 – Business and State: cutting-edge technologies, enterprise innovations, venture investment, innovation ecosystems.
Day 3 – Science and Technology: fundamental research, funding R&D, disruptive technologies and emerging markets, universities as hubs of innovation.
