City to Partially Cover Export Costs of Local Companies
Local exporters that have been registered in Moscow for at least six months are eligible for subsidies in the range from 500 thousand to 3 million rubles from the city's government. Applications for financial support will be accepted from July 25 through November 15.
“We are constantly improving the support tools available to Moscow entrepreneurs. In the current subsidy procedure, we have reduced the number of documents required for submission to make sure that the reimbursement of transportation, patenting and certification costs becomes even more accessible for local exporters,” says Alexey Fursin, head of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development.
The size of a subsidy depends on the type of costs incurred by a company to introduce its products on international markets. To cover product certification and patenting expenses, companies can receive up to 3 million rubles. The same limit applies to international transportation costs.
When it comes to the certification of quality management systems, a Moscow exporter can receive up to 500 thousand rubles in reimbursement.
Applications for subsidies are accepted at the Moscow Export Center, +7 (499) 350-09-10 (ext. 7518), email@example.com.
The Moscow Export Center was established in 2017 as a one-stop shop for local entrepreneurs seeking financial and other support to promote their products on international markets.
