PepsiCo and GenerationS Seeking Startups with Big Data Solutions

Accelerators TechLab by PepsiCo and GenerationS are announcing a call for startups with big data solutions for the FMCG sector.

The organizations are seeking solutions that enable data enrichment, audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalized offering.

Eligible are teams from Russia and the CIS with complete solutions and at least one pilot project with a corporate customer.

Startups that have successfully passed the selection stage will be able to present their solutions to PepsiCo's top management. Top teams will be offered an opportunity to run commercial pilot projects.

“Technological progress affects all spheres of human life. Consumers are having increasingly higher expectations of the quality of services, and of the ease of use of products and platforms. They want to have access to interesting information instantly, without having to deal with content that is irrelevant to them. PepsiCo focuses on the wishes of its consumers and seeks to predict them. We invest in new technologies to create personalized content so that our consumers receive only the information they need – quickly and conveniently. We work with companies that will help us take PepsiCo’s interaction with consumers to a new level,” says Alexandra Sukhareva, business innovation manager and curator of TechLab PepsiCo.

“The true price of modern marketing is that it provides consumers with world-class experiences and benefits businesses. Personalization is an essential tool in the marketer's arsenal to achieve this. In this way, companies can provide special recommendations, materials, suggestions and experience on all channels and devices within the entire process of working with clients. Our task is to find the best innovative and technological projects that will meet the high requirements of PepsiCo's experts and, we hope, will be incorporated into the company's processes,” said Ekaterina Petrova, director of  GenerationS.
