Moscow Innovation Cluster Presented at WCIT in Yerevan

Alexey Fursin, head of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development, has presented Moscow's Innovation Cluster (MIC) to international audiences at the World Congress on Information Technologies (WCIT), which is currently taking place in Yerevan.

The MIC is a collaboration platform for all who want to create a new product or service and need to find a business partner. The cluster's b2b marketplace was launched in September.

“We've integrated a number of services and tools for everyone who is involved in the development of innovations or planning to leverage innovative technologies in their projects, be it startups, manufacturing enterprises, or scientific organizations. Today, residents of the cluster can use the semantic search function in order to find customers, partners, and technologies as well as to gain access to the necessary support measures of federal agencies and development institutions,” noted Alexey Fursin.

The Moscow government's pavilion at the WCIT is showcasing over 100 IT solutions covering various domains of the city's daily life, including e-government, utilities, security, education, healthcare, transportation, and tourism.
